Senior Associate
Johnny graduated from the University of Strathclyde and has been working for the firm since the day we opened our doors. Johnny is now a Senior Associate within the firm and shares the majority of the firm’s appeal, proof and debate work with Michael Thompson. An experienced civil litigator, Johnny has appeared in every Sheriff Court in Scotland in addition to regularly conducting business before the Sheriff Appeal Court. He is regularly entrusted to prepare Child Welfare Reports in the Sheriffdom of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway, providing independent recommendations to assist Courts in determining challenging disputes regarding the welfare of children. In addition to his work with the firm, Johnny tutors on the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Strathclyde.
