Senior Associate
Shelley is a Senior Associate at the firm and an experienced family law solicitor, regularly handling a broad range of family law matters in courts across Scotland. She has particular expertise in cases involving children, divorce, financial provision, cohabitation claims, separation agreements, DVLA appeals, and other civil law issues. Shelley also has a strong interest in children’s rights and human rights and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Human Rights Law at the University of Strathclyde.
